Qualifications
Required:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
