Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
