Job Description

Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Med/Peds physicians for an outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Kulpmont, PA. This site qualifies for H1B visa sponsorship, a $15k geography stipend, in addition, up to $250k recruitment incentives.

At work, you will experience:

Outpatient only clinic schedule – variable work week
Physician/APP panel sharing model
Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
Centralized prescription refill team
Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
Epic EMR – universal throughout Geisinger

We take pride in the support we provide our physicians:

Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
Up to $250k recruitment incentives
Residency/Fellowship stipend – up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
Geography Stipend – $15k annually; guaranteed for two years
H1B Sponsorship available
Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
Fully paid relocation
401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
Academic involvement with medical students and residents
