Position Highlights

• Surgical First Assist: 10 shifts/month; additional shifts compensated at $200/shift

• Inpatient & Clinic Responsibilities: Manage 15–20 patients/day across hospital and clinic settings

• Diverse Case Mix: General surgery, GI, wound care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy

• Balanced Schedule: Shared call rotation with strong work-life balance

Ideal Candidate

• Surgical experience preferred; open to highly motivated new grads with strong interest in surgery

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Committed to providing high-quality, team-based care in a fast-paced surgical environment
