The Opportunity:

Ephraim McDowell Health, a leading health care provider in Kentucky and one of the 100 Greatest Community Hospitals in America is looking to complement our hospitalist program.

We are seeking a physician to join our hospitalist program in providing services for patient care in a six-county service area. Recruitment of a physician is due to a strong community need and to support the hospital's medical staff. Ephraim McDowell Health Resources administration is very supportive of this recruitment effort and the growth in our hospitalist program.

The physician can expect to work bi-monthly a 7-day week in an in-patient setting. Our goal is to provide quality in-patient care close to home in our three hospitals in central KY.  Ephraim McDowell Regional Hospital, a 197 bed licensed facility, is located in Danville (Boyle County).    Ephraim McDowell James B Haggin, a 25-year-Critical Care licensed hospital, is located in Harrodsburg, KY (Mercer County) and Ephraim McDowell Ft. Logan Hospital, a 25-year-Critical Care licensed hospital, is located in Stanford, KY (Lincoln County).
