Exciting Gastroenterology Opportunity – Deaconess Clinic (Evansville, IN)  Deaconess Clinic, a physician-led, multi-specialty group in Evansville, IN, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our expanding team.  Deaconess is a leader in health care services in the Tri-State. The system includes 20 hospitals, more than 50 ambulatory clinic locations throughout the region, and several ancillary facilities. We have received multiple awards and were named by US News and World Report in 2024 as Best Regional Hospital in eight types of care.

Position Details:

• Full-time inpatient/outpatient role (80% outpatient / 20% inpatient)
•   We would be excited to consider all candidates and would especially welcome applicants with experience in performing advanced procedures, such as ERCP and EUS.
  
• Call Schedule: 1:7 weekend coverage with additional support from GI Hospitalists
• Weekday Call: Only 2-3 calls per month
• Advanced Practice Provider Support: Enhance efficiency in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including call coverage
• State-of-the-Art Endoscopy Lab: Fully equipped with cutting-edge technology
• New GI Center of Excellence: Opened May 2022
• EMR System: Epic, shared across all Deaconess clinics and hospitals

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed $800,000 salary for the first 12 months
• Competitive productivity-based compensation model + call pay (earning potential in the 90th percentile and above)
• Quality bonus: Up to 2.5% on guarantee, then 5%, plus additional Value-Based Program bonus
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
