Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary: $640,000 guaranteed, plus WRVU productivity bonus
• Signing Bonus: $100,000
• Education Loan Repayment: $20,000 per year
• Relocation Reimbursement: $15,000

Practice Overview:

• Seeking a General Urologist with opportunities to specialize in:
• Women’s Urology
• Andrology
• Advanced Laparoscopy
• Robotics
• Call Rotation: 1:4, covering only one hospital
• Office Located 5 Minutes from the Hospital
• Established Robotic Surgery Program (da Vinci Xi, upgraded in 2019)
• In-Office Surgical Suite for Minor Procedures
• Large Referral Network with strong primary care & specialty provider base
• Catchment Area of 250,000 including Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Army Division
• Emergency Urology Admissions Managed by Hospitalist Service (Consult to Urologist)
• Teaching Opportunities with ACGME/AOA-accredited residency programs in Family Medicine & Internal Medicine

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Strong Surgical & Clinical Skills
• Active Surgical Case Log for the Past Two Years
• Team-Oriented & Patient-Centered Approach
