HNI Healthcare is seeking a physician to join its Post-Acute Care Team in servicing The Meadows at Osborn Park in Huron, Ohio. Enjoy great earning potential and flexible hours!

About Our Program: 
-Monday – Friday; flexible schedule; at least 2 days per week.

The Meadows at Osborn Park: 
Located within the picturesque Erie Metro Parks System, The Meadows at Osborn Park is a 130-bed skilled nursing facility offering exceptional care and customer service. A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

-BC/BE Physicians Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
-Current, unrestricted Ohio license to practice
