Position Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, your role will encompass the full spectrum of primary care services, including:

• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinating patient care across specialties
• Providing preventive care and health maintenance services for adults
  
• Utilizing eClinicalWorks (ECW) EHR for efficient patient management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
  
• Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
