Location: Portage, Wisconsin

FTE: 1.0 - Full-time

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient only with 1:8 telephone call only
• Open to four or five days per week (32 patient contact hours required)
• Average of 15-17 patients/day
• Actively developing team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff)
• Excellent sub-specialty support
• Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws, imaging, and physical therapist
