Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Advanced Practice Provider gives primary care services to children and/or adults as part of the provider team at Crusader Community Health collaborating with licensed MD/DO physicians. The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, Crusader support staff, other advanced practice providers, physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Lead Advanced Practice Provider of the Adult and Family Medicine or Pediatrics Departments and subsequently the Chair of the departments and the Chief Medical Officer.
