About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Solvera Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, with a focus on family medicine, pain management, clinical assessments, geriatrics, pediatrics, and patient safety. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Your role will be critical in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment
- Experience in family medicine, pain management, clinical assessments, geriatrics, and pediatrics
- Strong knowledge of patient safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a primary care setting
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience with electronic medical records
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Prescribing medications and other treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
Skills:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will utilize your strong clinical skills and knowledge of family medicine, pain management, clinical assessments, geriatrics, and pediatrics to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Additionally, your knowledge of patient safety practices will be critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. Finally, your experience with electronic medical records and bilingualism in English and Spanish will be beneficial in providing comprehensive care to our diverse patient population.

The 401k is offered via Principal and qualified employees begin at 90 days. There is a 3.5% match to this plan.
PTO is vacation and sick pay rolled into one. The PTO system is based on accrual and employees can earn up to 18 days off during the first year of service. Solvera Health also offers 1 personal day immediately available to employees.
Holiday pay is offered for 6 days a year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day. Solvera Health's offices are closed on these days.

CME covers 3 days of paid time each year. Educational expenses and travel expenses are covered up to $2,500 by the company each year.
