Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Clinic seeks to hire a full-time BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its dynamic team.

Position Details:

• 18–24 Patients Per Day
• 36 hours per week
• Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Call 1:20
• Strong Support Staff
• Outpatient

Salary:

• 2-Year Guarantee
• $270,000-$340,000 Annually
• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full-time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components.

• MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Family Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Perform Typical Primary Care Procedures
• DEA Certificate
• Eligible to Work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain a CA Licensure
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
