Urologist Job at Adventist HealthCare, Inc in Gaithersburg, MD

Adventist Medical Group is seeking a Urologist to join our growing team and to provide urological services at our acute care facility, Shady Grove Medical Center.

Candidates must have completed an Accredited Urology residency program

Active license, CDS and DEA in Maryland

Board Certified or Board Eligible, scheduled to sit for Board Examinations.

Candidate is required to share call schedule.

Qualified candidate will diagnose and treat the following but not limited to:

General Urology

Kidney and Bladder stones

Urinary incontinence

Testicular , Prostrate and Genitourinary Cancers

Document and review patient’s history.

Provide Urology consultation to physicians and other health care professionals

Refer patients to specialist when needed

Direct the work of nurses, residents, or other staff to provide patient care

Treat urologic disorders using alternative or traditional surgery

Prescribe or administer antibiotics, to treat infection or injury
