Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity - Brand New Clinic - Niskayuna, NY

Job Description

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associatesis thrilled to offer a full-time Family Medicine Physician position at our brand-new primary care practice in beautiful Niskayuna, NY (2125 River Road).

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a founding provider for our brand-new location and have the support of a hospital-affiliated network. As part of our team, youll have the chance to deliver high-quality care while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Overall, we are looking for 1-2 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners for this location.

Our office offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NYS licensure and DEA required
  • Board Certified
  • Open to experienced or new graduate candidates
  • Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care for all ages.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

  • Competitive salary range $250,000 - $260,000
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
  • Starting Bonus of $75,000
  • Retention Bonus of $25,000
  • Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on
