Family Medicine - Obesity Medicine Job at Ballad Health in Kingsport, TN

The Comprehensive Weight Management Center, a member of Ballad Health Medical Associates, is seeking an Obesity Medicine Physician to join its growing Bariatric team.

We’re seeking a  Family Medicine physician who is board-certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Candidates not board certified by the ABOM will be expected to achieve certification within 18 months of hire.

The qualified candidate will provide comprehensive care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment through behavioral/lifestyle therapy, pharmacotherapy, and coordination of metabolic/bariatric surgery) for adult patients with obesity within an established clinic. Position includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. The ability to see adolescents is a plus, but not required.
