We are seeking a compassionate and driven  Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team, making a profound difference in the lives of our patients.

Our Team

You'll join a dedicated team of 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 2 CNPs, and a dynamic support staff. Our practice is primarily focused on Oncology with a small amount of Hematology, offering a comprehensive and impactful scope of work.

We believe in empowering our physicians; you'll have the autonomy to make decisions regarding your practice, schedule, staffing, and more, allowing for a personalized approach to your career. Enjoy a balanced 4.5-day workweek, with 2.5 - 3 days spent at our Quincy campus and 1.5 - 2 days performing outreach at clinics within a convenient 45 minutes of our main campus.

Our practice is housed within a state-of-the-art Cancer Institute, featuring an infusion center and leading-edge treatment technology, ensuring you have the best resources at your fingertips. Your call schedule is manageable at  1:5 weeks, and we utilize Epic EHR for efficient and streamlined patient management.

We are committed to providing an exceptional compensation and benefits package that recognizes your invaluable contribution. You'll find unlimited earning potential, with physicians earning up to $1.2 million annually. We understand the importance of work-life integration, offering up to 6 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays at start, with flex time as a shareholder.

Your long-term financial security is a priority. You're eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, with no buy-in required and zero downside risk. We also provide a 401k with a match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing, ensuring your financial future is well-supported.

We offer significant incentives, including eligibility for a $50K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, and other bonuses. To support your ongoing professional development, you'll receive a $2,500 CME allowance plus coverage for license and certification renewals.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000-$600,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $600,000 - $1,000,000+.
