UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Cardiologist to join our growing cardiology team in Morganton, NC. Location Highlights:

• Minutes off the I-40 corridor
• 1 hour from Charlotte, Boone, and Asheville
• Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains

Opportunity Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8 AM–5 PM, Friday 8 AM–12 PM
• Call: Manageable call schedule
• Setting: Full-time position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Employment: Hospital-employed through Blue Ridge Medical Group
• Volume: High referral base from 12+ family medicine practices across 3 counties
• Growth: Access to cath lab and STEMI program launching in 2025

Ideal Candidate:

• BE/BC in Interventional Cardiology
• 2–5 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Excellent communicator and team player
