Sanford Health has an opening for a BC/BE Pediatric Nephrologist to join the region's largest team of board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists.
- Team consists of a BC pediatric nephrologist, clinical support staff, and pediatric trained dialysis staff
- Scope of practice includes outpatient clinic and inpatient consults treating acute and chronic kidney disease, congenital renal anomalies, glomerulonephritis, kidney stones, high blood pressure, dialysis therapy, and coordinated follow up care for post kidney transplant patients
- Support from the largest team of more than 65 board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in more than 25 medical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery
- Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Brand new Sanford Medical Center houses a 12 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 20-24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed Level III NICU
- Sanford Health Fargo serves a large catchment area of 1.2 million throughout ND, MN and parts of SD and MT
- Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences teaching medical students, pediatric, and family medicine residents
- Sanford Health Fargo is a Pediatric Subspecialty Loan Repayment Program (PSLRP) eligible site
