BC/BE Anesthesiologist

Position Highlights:

Collegial team comprised of 6 Anesthesiologists & 5 CAAs
Anesthesiologists have 80%-100% time dedicated to their own cases
O.R. and Same-Day Surgery Center in one location
Variety of cases including OB, Gen Surg, Vascular, Breast, ENT, Urology, GI, Orthopedics, Podiatry
Level III Trauma Center & Level II NICU
Post call day off – call 1 in 6
Onsite Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency programs affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine
Epic and generative AI available to support efficient documentation

Compensation and Benefits:

Generous compensation – Base $505K + with a comprehensive benefit program and opportunity for significant additional earnings
Time off: 10 weeks ATO, post call days, and 5 CME days
Up to $60,000 sign on bonus plus early signing/stipend and loan repayment options
PSLF Eligible
Paid relocation up to $10,000
401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
