Radiologist Job at Tidalhealth in Salisbury, MD

TidalHealth on Maryland’s Coast is seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified Radiologist with experience interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to provide high-quality radiologic interpretations during overnight shifts, ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses to support patient care from the comfort of your home or office. 

7pm - 7am with a 7 on 7 off schedule! 

Base salary of $889,000.00 + Productivity BONUS!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic interpretations for a wide range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
• Offer overnight support to inpatient and emergency departments across various facilities.
• Ensure timely communication of critical findings to attending physicians and other relevant healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all imaging interpretations.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and continuing medical education activities.
• Collaborate virtually with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards for radiologic practice.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license (must be licensed in at least one U.S. state).
• Strong experience in reading and interpreting a wide variety of imaging modalities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on patient care and safety.
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a secure, HIPAA-compliant work environment.
