• Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week)
• Provides temporary coverage for vacation, FMLA, open positions and other provider time out of office situations.
• No call, 100% outpatient including Primary Care offices and Urgent Care
• Busy, traditional Family Medicine and Internal Medicine practice sites, caring for allage populations
• Collaborative, positiveand patient focused culture

Requirements

• Masters prepared Family Medicine or Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Open to new grads
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
• Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
• IN License or eligible
• ability to work Saturday or Sunday periodically
