The Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center, part of the Northwest Health Network, is consistently ranked as one of the best VA hospitals in the nation. Our state-of-the-art medical main campus boasts a picturesque setting, ideally located in the heart of the desired north end, bordering downtown, and nestled amongst sprawling foothills.
