Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center is hiring a Physician Assistant!

This is a unique opportunity for a new grad or experienced provider to come join our great team of orthopedic providers. As part of a level III trauma center, the PA will be involved in high quality patient care with a high acuity and a responsibility to appropriately triage and communicate with attending physicians. The PA will provide comprehensive care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic and general musculoskeletal conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while working alongside a collaborative team.

Details:

• Surgical certification required
  
• Learning and growth opportunities
• PA will assist with consult management in the ED and incoming transfers, in addition to outpatient clinic responsibilities.
• BLS, ACLS certifications required
  
• Perform orders and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Evaluate and analyze patient responses to treatment
• Ensure patient referrals for procedures and other subspecialties are completed.
