Monument Health Flormann Clinic in Rapid City, South Dakota is seeking a full-time Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider.

This is a blended inpatient/outpatient practice supported by a service area population of more than 428,000. The outpatient practice is located in a busy multi-specialty clinic and Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed regional tertiary care medical center and Level II trauma center.

Qualification: South Dakota Certifications - Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - South Dakota Board of Nursing or Physician Assistant (PA) - South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners
