Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our expanding Primary Care team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported, patient-focused environment with a nationally recognized healthcare leader. We have multiple openings across several practices in desirable Fort Collins, CO – choose your favorite location near many great neighborhoods throughout the community.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedules available: Full-time and Part-time
- Outpatient-only setting, caring for patients of all ages
- Strong support team including MAs, RNs, front desk staff, and leadership
- On-site services such as lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, and Social Worker (varies by location)
- Supported by a financially-sound, integrated health system dedicated to innovation and provider wellness
Qualifications:
- Active FNP or PA license & certification
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- Primary Care experience required
- Comfortable treating all ages
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

- Annual base pay: $117,500 to $137,500, based on experience, plus wRVUs
