Job Description

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Sentara Plastic Surgery Specialists to provide inpatient and outpatient pre/post surgical care for plastics trauma and elective, cosmetic services.

Position Highlights:

Location: 301 Riverview Ave Norfolk, VA
Inpatient Duties: Rounding on Plastic Surgery-related pre/post surgical care, ED consults, incision and draining, wound vac changes, etc.
OR/First Assit Duties: laceration repair, wound closures, breast reconstruction, cosmetic procedures, various trauma repairs, etc.
Outpatient Duties: Plastic Surgery-related pre/post-surgical care. 15-25 patients daily
Varied case load work with attending and resident plastic surgeons
Surgical experience preferred
No Call
