- Work Schedule: 7a -5p/11a-9p/3p-1a/10p-8a Two Weeks on Two Weeks off
- Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months
- Pay Information:
- 1099 - $270-$300 per hour
- W2 - $400k with benefits and 26 weeks of work
- Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check
- Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligibl
- EMR: CPRS system
- License State: Any State License accepted
- Worksite Information: Non Trauma center Trauma patients transfers will be sent to local hospitals, staffed with 2 MDs each shift except for at night, also 1 PA/NP
