Urgent Care Job at Medical Center Health System in Odessa, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-level provider to join our fast-paced Urgent Care Clinic.  The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing 100% of Urgent Care cases, providing high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care to patients of all ages. 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries 
• Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, splinting, and abscess drainage.
• Order  and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-Rays and labs. 
• Prescribe medication and treatments in accordance with state and federal guidelines. 
• Maintain a high standard of care, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. 

Qualifications : 

Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  in Texas 

Preferred not Required  : Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or a similar fast-paced clinical setting

Able to work independently and handle a full scope of urgent care cases
