Job Description

We are seeking a Family Medicine (with OB) physician for our clinic in the Madison! Both full time and part time roles are available. We are a patient-centered organization focused on providing accessible, comprehensive, high quality healthcare and outstanding service in an efficient and personalized manner to persons in our service area.

-average of 4 deliveries per month, but this is flexible

-We have a continuity model where providers deliver 90% of the patients they follow through their pregnancy.

-There is a group of six other FMOBs who share call evenly. Call is usually light because most providers deliver their own. Postpartum rounding is shared. There is no other call responsibilities outside of the shared obstetrical call for FMOB physicians.

-We are salaried with a delivery incentive. No RVUs are lost when going to clinic.

-the hospital has Perinatology, NICU, OB, and an academic FM residency. The residents manage triage. In exchange, serve as clinical professors. The resident faculty group also offers some cross coverage when we cannot make it to the hospital.

-Clinic - avg 16-18 patients in an 8 hour day.

-Practices are supported by Medical Genetic counselor and Internally boarded Clinical Lactation consultant.
-Providers can block up to 3 hours of clinic after an overnight deliveries without a compensation loss.
