Practice Highlights

Provide consultative and primary psychiatric services to patients at CHCW outpatient clinics.
Full time opportunity with flexible schedule.
Some travel between clinic sites.
Strong and robust PCBH model implemented throughout CHCW clinics with BHCs on site at each clinic.
Built-in referrals from our providers and resident physicians.
Management of therapeutic and psychotropic medication with support from the PCP.
Interdisciplinary team includes faculty physicians, clinicians, resident physicians, APPs, pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish would be a big plus.
EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

Compensation and Perks

Base Salary: $140k-$160k DOE. DNP differential (if applicable)

Qualifications

ARNP, MSN with PMHNP certification.
2 years of PMHNP experience required. Preferably in a primary care outpatient or integrated healthcare system. Unfortunately, we can't accept new grads for this position.
WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
DEA and CPR certificate.
