You'll be providing care at the region’s premier inpatient rehabilitation facility—Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital.

About the Role
This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with a strong interest in inpatient rehabilitation. We offer support in obtaining a Rehabilitation Certification, helping you transition into this highly rewarding specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical management and oversee patient care in a post-acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiatrists, therapists, nurses, and case managers
• Create personalized care plans focused on patient recovery and improved functional outcomes
• Participate in team conferences and contribute to discharge planning
• Enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with one weekend per month
• Dedicated after-hours call coverage provided

What You Bring

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active NH medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest in inpatient rehabilitation and willingness to pursue rehab certification (support provided)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
