• Direct Inpatient stroke carein our Joint Accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital has a long history of excellence and innovation in stroke care dating to the 1980s.
• We are pioneers in catheter-based stroke procedures and have a team of highly experienced and nationally recognized stroke physicians.
• Scheduling options for 5x8s or 4x10s offering flexibility to design a schedule that supports your work/life balance.
• Anticipated inpatient volume of 4 to 8 admitted patients assigned in the morning and 1-3 new patients added in the afternoon.
• No nights and two (2) daytime weekends per month.
• Opportunity to work and learn from an experienced and expert team.
• Opportunity to work in an academic environment where participation in teaching and research is encouraged but not required.

Minimum Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant Certification.
• Experience in neurology stroke is preferred but not required.
• Missouri NP and RN licensure or PA licensure
