Primary Care- St. Charles, MO (replacing a retiring physician)

Can be a resident or practicing physician

Start: 2026 (the earlier in the year, the better)

Location: 1551 Wall St.

Group: 1-4 established physicians, 1-2 NP (would have their own MA) 

Call group 1:5, low volume

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4.5 days patient care, .5-day administrative work.
• Compensation: 3-Year guaranteed salary, signing bonus, 20 days paid time off, 5 days paid CME, $3000/ year CME
• Paid Time off not tracked after they become shareholder.
• Current benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Long/Short term Disability, HSA/FSA, Profit Sharing, 401k match, other misc.
• Track to shareholder, onboarding and practice ramp up support.
• Complete Business Office support including: IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Care Management, Billing, Coding, Analytics and more.
• Can be Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or other related sub-specialty interested in full-time primary care w/ ability to incorporate sub-specialty care.
• Medicare Advantage panel management is large focus of practice, with some Fee For Service/Commercial patient care.
