Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.

Position Highlights –
- We are seeking experienced APPs to work at Baystate Medical Center, our 716-bed flagship hospital located in Springfield, MA, the region's only level 1 trauma center.
- Responsibilities include rounding, admitting, cross-covering and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.
- APPs work closely with our physician hospitalists and APP educators to provide evidence-based clinical care to a diverse patient population. Practice autonomously while benefitting from strong physician support.
- Dedicated APP leadership will support your ongoing professional development. Our competency-based orientation will equip you for a successful career in hospital medicine. Opportunity to develop as an educator working with APP students and new grads. Involvement in clinical research and QI opportunities is also available for those interested.
- Both day rounder and nocturnist positions available.
Qualifications: Board certified ACNPs, AGACNPs or PAs with at least 2 years of inpatient advanced practice experience.
