Rochester Regional Health in Western NY is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician passionate about delivering exceptional care and shaping the future of pediatric emergency services. As part of our physician-led, integrated health system, you’ll care for diverse patient populations across five Emergency Departments—ranging from 8 to 53 beds—with annual volumes between 21,000 and 125,000 visits. Whether you thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment or prefer a smaller community hospital setting, our system supports your unique goals and interests while helping you make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.

You’ll work with outstanding Pediatric Emergency, Observation, and Clinical Decision Unit teams to ensure seamless patient flow and effective care delivery. Select locations offer full-time scribe support, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical care while enjoying a better balance in your daily practice.

Pay Transparency

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value-based  clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
