Urologist Job at Urological Associates PC in Davenport, IA

We are one of the last remaining truly independent private urology practices, with no involvement from private equity, MSO’s or hospital systems. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, comprehensive practice serving all aspects of urology.

We are a group of 6 full-time and 3 part-time urologists with 6 nurse practitioners. We hope to expand to 8 full-time urologists. Practice highlights:

4.5 day work week with current weekend call every 6^th week.

Partnership at 1 year with minimal, fixed buy-in.

Partner time off of 35 days per year.

Partner total compensation package >90^th percentile of MGMA survey data.

New urologists can be immediately busy and tailor practice to interests.

Opportunities for ASC and real estate ownership.

Primary clinic located in Davenport, Iowa with ASC in same building.

Secondary clinic in Moline, Illinois with future plans to expand to Bettendorf, Iowa. 

Comprehensive onsite services include CT, PET CT, PCR testing, Clinical and Histology Labs, and In-Office Dispensary. Mature Advanced Prostate Cancer Program.

Mid-size metropolitan area with substantial growth in commercial, residential and leisure facilities, particularly in Bettendorf, Iowa.
