*Full-Time and Per Diem positions available

*Base Salary for Full-Time: $235,000 - $248,600 commensurate w/ experience + Sign-on Bonus of $50,000 & Relocation of $20,000.

Excellent opportunity for a dynamic CRNA to join our highly trained surgical team providing Orthopedic, General Surgery, endoscopy and OB.

• 3 CRNA-only practice model
• Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services including Ultrasound guided blocks, and OB
• Experience preferred but new grads will be considered
