Key Responsibilities:
- Office consultations
- Office-based procedures
- Inpatient rounding at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale
- Gynecologic surgeries using latest robotics and training on the da Vinci Surgical System
Position Overview:
- Join a close-knit group of 1 Physician & 5 Nurse Midwives
- Call schedule of 1 night and 1/5 weekends
- Call sharing with a group of 5 physicians
- Integrated behavioral health services, care coordination, and case management on site
Requirements:
- Highly interested in providing exceptional care to all women at all stages of life
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy/maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
- Support the mission and values of the FQHC
Education & Training:
- State of Illinois Licensed Physician and Surgeon
- State of Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Federal (DEA) Registration Certificate
- Board Certified or Board eligible for OB/GYN
