Geriatric Medicine Job at LTC Physician Care PC in Grand Rapids, MI

LTC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team as Part-Time Primary-Care Providers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted license in Michigan.
• Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
• Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program

Job Structure

• This is an in-person position
• NP will commute directly between home/facilities
• NP work in coordination with a LTC Collaborating Physician
• NP is responsible for the day-to-day care of their patients
• After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers

Compensation and Benefits

• 105K Base, plus $20 per RVU
• Company paid subscription to “Up To Date”, both mobile and laptop
• Monthly phone stipend
• Paid professional liability-malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Company provided laptop and accessories
