Funds are loaned by UPMC and fully forgiven upon completion of your 4 year commitment at UPMC in Central Pa.

Please note: If you withdraw, fall below a 3.0 GPA, or do not fulfill the four-year work commitment, the loan must be repaid with interest.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered, you must:

Received a "solid strong" or higher on your most recent performance review

Be accepted to or already enrolled in, any accredited CRNA program (note: 2 years of full-time recent Critical Care Nursing experience required)

Submit a loan application, 2 letters of reference to the anesthesia program at UPMC in Central PA

Complete Interview and receive offer for 4 years of employment, post graduation and certification

Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA throughout the program
