Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician ready for an exciting opportunity in a thriving community hospital? St. Bernards Medical Center is seeking a dynamic, compassionate OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our growing program and make a real impact in the lives of our patients.

About Us: Located in the heart of the community, St. Bernards Medical Center is a 450-bed hospital that offers state-of-the-art care with a focus on excellence, compassion, and innovation. Our OB/GYN Hospitalist program is central to providing comprehensive and quality care for women, and we're looking for a dedicated physician to help lead and grow the program.

Your Role:

• Provide inpatient care for unassigned patients presenting to labor and delivery or the emergency department.

• Be available to private practice patients in emergency situations or upon request for delivery.

• Offer backup and consultative services to our Family Medicine Residency program’s obstetrical service.

• Conduct inpatient GYN consultations as needed.

• Play a leadership role in ensuring safety and quality across the program.

• Participate in teaching and academic activities, contributing to the growth and development of the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Hospital & Facilities:

• 450-bed community hospital with 17 Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) rooms.

• 19-bed Level 3A NICU.

• Approximately 1,900 deliveries per year.

• Strong support team of Nurse Practitioners and Family Medicine Residents.

Work Schedule & Support:

• 7-8 shifts per 28-day cycle, with 24-hour shifts.

• A collaborative environment with dedicated support when residents are off-service.

• A focus on patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
