Job Details- Location: Franklin, Tennessee
- 15 to 20 patients per day
- 7-on/7-off
- Day call on coverage days only
- Inpatient Rehabilitation setting
Responsibilities- Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute carecommunities
- Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMSguidelines
- Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safepatient transitions
- Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Ingenious Med) meetingMedicare guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure residents receive high quality medical care and oversight
Qualifications- Board certified internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
- Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience
- Active Tennesseelicense
- Active DEA
CompensationCompensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $161,000 to $220,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
