Pediatrics - Hospitalist Job at UC Davis Health System in Lodi, CA

University of California Davis Health is seeking a BC/BE pediatrician for a staff pediatric hospitalist position at one of our community hospital sites in Lodi, CA. If you are passionate about making a difference in pediatric healthcare, we'd love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be interested in community-based medicine incorporating a broad range of pediatric hospital care, including the care of general pediatric inpatients, well newborns, and Level II NICU patients. Candidates should have experience with neonatal resuscitation; recent residency graduates with strong delivery room experience in residency will be considered.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD, DO, or foreign equivalent degree and be eligible for state medical licensure. Successful completion of an approved pediatric residency training program. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible in General Pediatrics. Pediatric Hospital Medicine board eligibility is NOT required! All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Candidates must be board certified within 2 years of appointment.
