Sterling Medical is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) position in support of the U.S. Air Force’s Family Advocacy Program (FAP) at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This is an overseas civilian contract opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Maltreatment Services – Assess and provide treatment to individuals, couples, and families involved in cases of alleged abuse or neglect
New Parent Support Program (NPSP) – Deliver voluntary, home-based prevention services to new and expecting parents
Family Advocacy Strength-Based Therapy (FAST) – Offer voluntary counseling to individuals and families to strengthen coping and communication skills
Care Coordination – Serve as the primary provider for assigned cases using psychotherapy, casework, and psychoeducational methods
Licensure & Privileging – Maintain a valid U.S. license and obtain privileging at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF)
Documentation – Maintain thorough records in accordance with Air Force standards using FAPNet software
Active, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LCSW in any U.S. state
At least 2 years of full-time, post-master’s clinical experience (within the past 3 years), specifically working with abuse-related cases
Experience facilitating group therapy sessions is required
