Job Summary:

• The Site Director plays a key dual roleleading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals
• Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director
• Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
• Builds strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
• Collaborates with Hospital and Division Leadership to support program financial performance

• Board certification required
• Texas medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication
• At least two years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership experience a plus
