We’re seeking a visionary Director of Psychiatry to launch and lead the neurobehavioral division of our cutting-edge Neurological Recovery Center in Fort Worth, TX. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical autonomy, program development, leadership, and the use of advanced neuromodulation technologies - all in a world-class, 30,000 sq. ft. facility built for the next era of neurological recovery.

Our center integrates advanced physical and cognitive rehab tools with a whole-person approach. As we expand into the emotional and psychiatric aspects of recovery, you’ll lead the design and implementation of an innovative neuropsychiatric program, bringing mental health and brain health together in a truly interdisciplinary model.

Position Overview:

As Director of Psychiatry, you will:

• Establish and direct a comprehensive outpatient neuropsychiatric program tailored to individuals recovering from stroke, TBI, anoxic injuries, and other complex neurological conditions
• Treat and manage symptoms including PTSD, depression, anxiety, agitation, emotional dysregulation, and cognitive-affective dysfunction
• Integrate psychiatric care with cutting-edge interventions such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), neuromodulation, and other brain-based therapies
• Develop clinical protocols, provide consultation to interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to holistic treatment planning
• Drive the long-term vision and execution of behavioral health integration within a high-tech rehab setting

Key Benefits:

• Competitive compensation – $280,000 – $350,000+ annually under Medical Director Management Agreement depending on experience, availability, and scope of involvement. Relocation assistance, and CME support to help you grow professionally and transition smoothly

• Be the architect of a new standard – design a first-of-its-kind psychiatric program embedded in a high-functioning neurological recovery center

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
• Experience or strong interest in neuropsychiatry, neuromodulation (e.g., TMS), trauma recovery, or cognitive disorders
• A leader comfortable with independent practice and program development
• Someone excited to collaborate across disciplines in a future-focused clinical environment
