Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc., Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare system is seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to join our growing team in Appleton and Neenah, Wisconsin.

• 1.0 FTE: Full-time Infectious Disease physician in both inpatient and outpatient setting (split 50/50)
• Outpatient Clinic at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Inpatient Clinic: ThedaCare Regional Medical Centers-Appleton & Neenah: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Telehealth for Critical Access Hospitals
• No call until 1/1/2025; Call will be by phone only.
• The clinical population is diverse, including HIV, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, STD's, surgical and community acquired infections, as well as a robust orthopedic and neurosurgery patient population.
• A referral base of 200+ primary care physicians are committed to partnering with the Infectious Disease practice for inpatient and outpatient consultation.

The physicians have excellent support staff, within the department itself and the organization overall, including Advanced Practice Clinicians as well as infusion and wound care nursing staff. The providers also have a close working relationship with ThedaCare Home Care services. The physicians have an established, collaborative relationship with the hospitals through pharmacy & therapeutics, infection control and quality initiatives. A full-time hospitalist program supports inpatient care; infectious disease is a consulting service only.
