MultiCare Health System is seeking a full-time Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a successful practice in Puyallup, Washington. This opportunity to be part of a high-performing team in a specialty that is the best of both the medical and surgical worlds is one you don’t want to miss!
New providers will be part of an established group building a more robust and comprehensive program. Ideal candidates will be instrumental in ensuring high satisfaction and quality outcomes.
What we have to offer:
- Regular work schedule is Mon – Fri.
- Practice variety with a mix of Clinic, OR and 1st Assist
- Participate in call coverage (approx. two days per month/one weekend per month)
- Additional compensation for work completed onsite after 5:30pm Mon – Fri and any time Sat-Sun as part of call group participation
- Work with an established team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a fast-paced practice treating patients with a wide breadth of urologic conditions

- Salary Range: Min $136,984.00 – Max. $185,795.00
What you will need:
- Minimum of one year's experience working as an advanced practice provider
- Graduate from a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed in the state of WA as a PA or ARNP by the time of employment
- Board certified by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
