Position: Primary Care Physician at Omni Family Health

Omni Family Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient clinic in Bakersfield, California. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM role with light (remote) call responsibilities. • Participate in QA/QI activities to elevate patient care.
• Embrace digital tools—utilize our Electronic Health Record to enhance health outcomes.

Who You Are:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with an active California medical license.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $255,000–$300,000
• Bonuses: Productivity-based incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
