Job Overview

We are seeking a Transplant Coordinator who is a healthcare professional who manages all aspects of organ donation and transplantation, serving as a crucial link between the donor, the recipient, and the transplant team. They are responsible for coordinating the donation process, from identifying potential donors to managing organ recovery and transplantation.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt

Work Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7 days in a two week period, including alternating weekends. Nights!

Work Setting: In-person and Donor Service Area

Location: Azusa, El Segundo, Bakersfield, Carpinteria, or Mission Hills, CA.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing/RN program, current RN license. Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care, ICU and/or ER experience required.

Certificate/License: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required at the time of employment.

Salary Range: $98,556.64- $128,775.92
